TERMS OF SALE
This is a Mail Bid Sale as well as a public Auction Sale. All lots offered will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve.
All items offered are guarantee genuine and to be as listed. Errors on the part of the Cataloguer will be cheerfully corrected. Please check your bid sheet carefully as we cannot be responsible for the mistakes of others, and no returns will be permitted because of bidding errors .
All floor sales are final.
Postage and insurance will be added to all lots sent by mail. Unless otherwise indicated by the bidder, we will use our discretion as to whether material will be sent by Air or Surface Mail.
State Sales Tax will be added where applicable.
Terms are cash, in U. S. Funds. Checks will be accepted from persons known to us, and from those who furnish satisfactory references and proper identification. We must have ample time to check references, if they are to be acceptable to us.
Foreign bidders please advise if special shipping instructions are necessary.
Title to all coins remains with the cataloguer until paid for in full .
All items offered in this sale may be examined by appointment only, at our bank, during banking hours until June 16 and at the Los Angeles Hilton Hotel prior to each session.
We will gladly furnish additional information about any lot to those making inquiry.
Mail bids must be delivered to our Post Office Box by 5 O'clock P.M. on June 16th, 1970 or to Los Angeles Hilton Hotel, Los Angeles, California, 90017, prior to auction time.
Prices Realized will be sent to all persons now on our subscription plan. Others may order them at $1„ The list will be mailed as soon as possible after the close of the sale.
We normally issue at least 8 Mail Bid and/or Floor Auction sales each year. Catalogs will be sent to U. S. addresses to persons requesting them. Air service to other countries is available, please inquire about charges.
Lots purchased by floor bidders may be picked up after each session.
Consignments are solicited for future sales.
